      Great company, cares about safety and not had PTO issues

      Pros

      The company has unlimited PTO, but I have not had any issues when requesting time off. The team is really good to work with.

      Cons

      They seemed to lack direction but that has started to change. May be a different story in a year.

      Pros

      Some of the people have a positive outlook and winning personality. There are many who are experts of their craft and have much to teach.

      Cons

      In one word Nepotism. Stop the good ol' boy hiring and promotions and let the best qualified get the job. DEI is killing industry, stop hiring based on how many boxes that a person checks on a form. Hire based on merit and compenency
