Decent to good pay - If you can create lessons at a good pace can easily see $25+ an hour. Works from home - obviously a huge perk Showcase my work - I have all of my lessons recorded in one place now, sure down the road will be useful if I am looking for fulltime gigs. Helps students - I like to think my lessons are being viewed by lots of students trying to find good study resources.

Cons

Can be an adjustment teaching without a class. Some of the problems take too long to answer impacting your per hour rate - Not sure how they can fix this, just have to be aware of which problems you accept.
