      - Great learning environment - Great products, partnerships, and peers - Strong reputation in the market - Strong performance leads to promotion/career improvement - Competitive environment, if you are willing to take on the challenge.

      Cons

      - Toxic environment. - You need to have a strong manager to support your obstacles. - I really don't know based on what the management measure success. - You can face a lot of troubles if the management doesn't like you. - The internal processes are extremely long. - Centralized management, meaning positions sometimes don't mean anything in terms of decision-making. - Very low salaries compared to the market, it is not only about the commission, but it's also about the total compensation including the base salary. - You are a great employee if you work overtime and stay after working hours.
