Pros

Watching clients succeed Healthcare benefits Human connection Seeing people get their lives back

Cons

- Nepotism - Cliques - “Leadership” - Pay - Clients get pushed through despite not doing their work - Lack of support from administration - Gaslighting - The least paid have the most expectations - Treatment from leadership to subordinates - Being told to write a positive employee review - Google reviews effecting pay of people who have nothing to do with what Google reviews - Despite being told it’s not and “us” (staff) and “them” (clients) environment, it’s not the truth - Directors are paid VERY WELL but they also push their responsibilities onto others and then get mad if you don’t do it properly without guidance - Crumbl cookies are not moral savers Synopsis: The turnover is insane, the directors and all leadership tell you one thing to your face and then stab you in the back. When you are the golden child, life is great, but the second you don’t blindly follow and put your faith and future in someone else’s hands, your screwed. Watching the counselors spiral with they horrible workloads was heartbreaking. What saves any sort of good feeling towards the company has nothing to do with the company itself but with the clients who actually work for their recovery.

Pros

-I would say that the pros WERE the amazing staff. -This place truly had some of the nicest and most caring staff I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Unfortunately they have all left during this horrible period of mismanagement (and when I say horrible period I mean the last 2.5-3 years) -Pay is good vs other treatment centers but laughable compared to any place with a union. -...They paid my paychecks? Although our CEO told us we needed to tighten our belts once when he cut everyone's hours by 40-60 because their growth model is far too aggressive. -They make around $17 million a quarter and still forget to pay people, and make excuses for why staff cant have resources

Cons

Lets make this VERY clear. You do not need any more management, Northpoint Recovery will fire you from a ground level position and replace you with a **New** manager. I say this facetiously, but on a very real note, if you put in your two weeks they generally just walk you out within a few days. great company culture. I'm surprised there isn't a Vice President of Lavatory Services yet, they just supervise the bathrooms. In all seriousness, this place was a wonderful place for 2 years, they caredabout patients and did well by their staff. They had core values they stood by. That is no longer the case. I worked here for a long time and I have taken time to try and settle my thoughts before writing this. This place will put as many middle managers that they can burn out in 4-6 months between you and the main administrators/investors as it can. You will have no voice, we fondly called it the "Echo Chamber" They imported and hired a manager who regularly talked down to females and referred to nurses as "A license" just to use him as a scapegoat for the equally bad senior management. Then they fired him and said "look we helped you". HR is nefarious and not trustworthy, heard numerous times through the paper thin walls in the offices speaking poorly of core staff, including ones going through personal issues that needed to miss work for viable reasons. You don't want to work here.
