Pros

The athomespere is great. If it is your first job from college and you need experience, this is good for hiring with no experience and the interview is so easy. How do you make 1M solution. Or what does HPLC stand for?

Cons

Salary, the pay is terrible especially if you are from the south. Organisation is also terrible. The labs are so dirty, they are getting new labs though so hopefully they will improve.

Fantastic learning environment because you are thrown into the frying pan and you have to learn very quick. Some down to earth people in there.

Cons

Significant employee turnover Not replacing the people that have left and piling their work on to those remaining who are already swamped Cutting employees due to "difficult economy" but upper management and board get same big pay package plus bonus. Red flag. Zero leadership, zero direction.
