Pros
Very fast paces to work in a dynamic environment. You will have to be on your toes to keep up! It will challenge you to be uplevel your game at all turns. I had the opportunity to work with some remarkable people! The benefits were amazing as well.
Cons
If you are not used to down time is measured in minutes and seconds, you may find this to be too stressful and you will not be at your peak. You have to thrive on this sort of environment.

Excellent Benefits, receive more holidays off than a typical position anywhere else, great people, promote work life balance, and Nlets takes care of their employees.
