Pros

I can't think of much that is positive here.

Cons

Meetings are a way of life here, they have so many meetings it is counter productive. It appears that people with "titles" also have significant egos, but they don't have the experience or people skills that would typically be required to have the VP, Director or even C-Level title. A few of them have it, but most don't. The Marketing team and CEO love to tout that they have been named to "Seattle Business Magazine’s 100 Best Companies to Work For", but the truth is they paid for that award/listing. There is a rotating door of management, failed acquisition integration, and in short management that is completely out of touch. If you have passion for what you do, don't work here. If you want to be a number, go work for a government job.

Pros

Location, free drinks and snacks, continued growth

Cons

A year or so ago, I would have continued to say that Nintex was one of the best companies to work for. Now that simply doesn't seem to be the case. Our sales leadership is a mess and I've lost confidence. The managers/leaders are filled more and more with kiss butt crew and boys club (recent hire exception) that you have to appease to at least have a sane environment. If you're not careful you can get screwed on deals because of games that get played on accounts. Another reviewer called it a toxic environment and I would totally understand why they feel that way. It's not the Nintex of old. The product while solid, just drags in terms of new development and innovation. I just don't feel like we're moving forward other than buying other companies. Marketing has had major turnover (like 90%) from some of the same issues. Now they have a weird king/queen thing going on along with a few other newer leaders. This hasn't changed, but senior leadership (dept. heads) is still a all male club. You'd think by now, we'd have at least one senior female leader at the company. I don't know if that's why they took it off the site about who are the leaders of the company, but it's embarrassing when so many other places are focusing on diversity and we're stuck. It's just tough when you hear the pitch from the new CEO, and it sounds like a bright promising future, but as a whole the culture and work environment is a shadow of what was truly one of the great places to work.
