      - Management really tries to support the growth & development employees want in their career - No micro managing, flexible environment - Input and ideas are appreciated at every level - No red tape - Awesome people - Interesting projects and technologies with no end to what you can learn

      - A little more structure in some areas of the business may be preferred by some, but I also know this is something they are actively working on right now which is great :)

      - Industry is fast-changing and exciting - Newcomp is quick to change with the analytics trends in the market - Employees have a real voice in how the company runs, and they value you as an employee - 2 office locations for flexibility (Leslieville downtown Toronto and Thornhill) - They never take clients away from you, once you have them, you have them for life - Opportunity to travel for work - Good vacation time, good work-life balance

      - Benefits could be better - Tough to learn each software in-depth with increasing partnerships and changing software
