Pros
Newfound has an amazing workplace culture, is very growth oriented, and I can see it very easily being the most impactful place I'll work in my early career. They very heavily prioritize encouraging their staff to always be growing and improving, and that's the biggest thing I look for in a workplace. The work is challenging, and I mean that in the most positive sense, once you master something, they're consistently ready to offer you a new area or task to improve in. The environment in the office is also second to none. It can be very easy in an office to have a very dry, closed off atmosphere, but this couldn't be further from the truth at newfound. The personalities and community in the office is vibrant, and encouraged to be so. Overall I couldn't be happier to be working at Newfound Recruiting right now.
Cons
While to me it's a positive, some people might find the environment too fast paced, and the learning curve is steep. However the support from management across the board as you're learning is phenomenal.
