-high staff turnover , people in people out , messy management , toxic work culture , office politics , long work hour. Many people can’t survive 1 year -Some SM at executive office bullying new joiners , not helping them and very arrogant and treat people inferior . - They fight for internal resources and don’t like each other across internal departments . Most of them are very overlapping . But in order to survive , they do present to external parties they are the best among the whole company .I reckon it’s not transparent and very confusing for external partners . -Everyone in NDW are like a sales . Selling moon cakes , CNY cakes , Xmas hamper , masks to whoever you know or your family / friends . It’s not healthy business by compressing staff to sell their own products . - work 24/7 for standby , the boss very micro management to know what happen everyday . You only can rest on holidays . It’s no Work life balance , long working hours . Some people went to see psychiatrist for mental health . Very toxic and non stop work - Disappointed welfare not competitive , few year end bonus at the year end . So disappointed

All GM and AGM are not performing, they make up fake numbers just to entertain the young group ceo, all of them only brainstorm and bring up meaningless ideas, do not know how to operate and execute, exactly blind leading blind
