Pros
Fun place to work. Management is great at all levels and very personable. Pay is pretty good considering the lack of opportunities in the area. Everyone is helpful and happy which I think is due to a great company culture. Work-Life balance is excellent. I look forward to going to work every day! The company itself is also constantly growing, having 19 years of consistent growth.
Cons
E-commerce can be a slow paced field at times compared to other areas in the CS industry. Selling industrial products isn't exactly fun or flashy, but the products the company makes are the best on the market so that helps. Small team has me concerned about opportunities for advancement within the company.
