Work culture here is toxic. 5.The workplace and company structure are a total mess and changing every day. There’s no proper system to work files or casual docs, so you waste so much time just hunting for stuff. 6. There’s zero career progression and zero guidance for onboard, super messy, send you to clients without much background information, blame you stupid once you cannot pick up, really toxic. They don’t even do basic new staff onboarding training. If you can’t figure everything out on your own, it’s your fault—and you get all the blame and consequences. 7.No proper staff benefits at all—no wonder no one stays. 8.The company doesn’t Xucking care about its employees, many of people quit every single month. 9. The location’s really far too. 10.They treat employees like disposable tools. Join the company if you not care ruin your future.
