Pros

You'll learn a lot about tech really fast. Your peers are awesome! You will learn from intelligent people and develop tech business acumen. The health benefits are excellent!

Cons

They promote high performers rather than people with good leadership qualities. They don't pay management enough when hiring externally so they can't get appropriately experienced talent and have to promote inexperienced IC's from within. The CS team has a huge turnover rate because it is a mess. You will be micromanaged, expected to manage everything, and never complimented. You will be slacked at all hours of the day / night. You will create great work and they will tear it apart. They don't listen to employee feedback. One time they took an engagement survey and took the item they scored the worst on and brought it to employees saying, "we think you don't know what this means." instead of owning how the employees feel. Multiple people have left or taken leave of absences due to mental health issues triggered by their work here. They also delete negative reviews off this site, so hopefully this is up long enough to prevent anyone from taking a terrible job.

Pros

Potential and good benefits I guess.

Cons

We’ve got to face the music about how messed up things are here. It’s a bro-fest, like a frat house. Communication here? Yeah, it’s like they only talk about mistakes and good luck getting a pat on the back unless you’re part of the in-crowd. They act like they’re the only ones with a clue on how to get things done. And the big boss? Yeah, he stands up at these meetings and says if you’re not putting in 60 hours a week, you’re not pulling your weight. There’s a constant cycle of folks getting the boot, whether it’s layoffs or fired. It’s a mess.

Pros

Working at Neuroflow is like working at your dream employer. They have flexible work hours, friendly and super smart people, and fun events like workout classes and happy hours. It is a mission driven organization so everyone is here for a purpose and working to make patients lives better. The best part is that they live by their values one example is that because we are a mental health company we all get a stipend monthly to spend on our mental health and most people put therapy publicly on their calendars. Your voice is heard here and there are so many opportunities to take on stretch projects. Also really generous benefits!

Cons

This is not a 9-5 job, there will be later night because things move quickly and have to get done. That being said you manage your own calendar and you start and stop working when you want.
