      Pros

      High start pay Health benefits Food and beverages always available at work We had many training sessions They always gave feedback for us to improve

      Cons

      They misspelled my name and never fixed it on all the systems so I felt like just another worker bee. They also hired us as bilingual Spanish customer service reps but the training was purely in English and told us we had to translate everything to Spanish ourselves.
