Pros
- Decent meal ticket - Team gatherings and informal culture - Keep in mind this is a startup and you'll need to be very hands-on from the beginning.
Cons
- Even though they have a remote-work approach, it's not disclosed during the recruitment process how much traveling is involved with the role. - The job description doesn't match what you initially expect. - They don't provide you with equipment to work; you have to use your own. - Bullying from the bosses. Their "leadership" style is questionable. - Worst onboarding process I've ever experienced. - Lack of payment.
