      Lot of pressure, No work life balance for anyone. Working 12-14 hours daily is quite normal

      Netomi strikes a good balance between culture, people, and processes. From interviews to onboarding to day to day development, things have been fairly smooth and well structured. There’s a genuine focus on employee comfort, which makes it easier to take ownership and do your best work. The team is supportive, and the overall work environment is healthy. Development and release cycles are handled in an organised way, and the work itself if quite interesting and engaging.
