      The company and staff are like a family. Very flexible with schedules and very willing to help you advance your skillsets.

      So many cons I’m not even sure where to start. CEO is condescending and stuck in the past.

We’ve worked hard to create an environment where individuals can succeed by helping our customers succeed. I’m proud of the fact that our work has received over 80 awards for excellence, but more proud that 80% of our team has been together for over 4 years. No environment is a fit for everyone and I’m sorry things didn’t work out for you here. I wish you nothing but the best in your future endeavors.

      Pros

      Everyone is friendly and extremely helpful. The owner is very involved and nice to work with. This is a great company to work for with potential to grow. I enjoy our annual team gatherings with the new team members and the old.

      Cons

      I still struggle with time tracking. This is not a fault of the company but myself. It's important to track time especially when working on billable projects.
