Pros

The best online reputation firm by far. Quality product and service. Abundance of leads and opportunity to make mid-high six figures.

Cons

Lots of leads that need to be worked on and always busy, which is good if you're hungry.

Pros

If you are in sales, you can make a decent living. Most positions are remote.

Cons

- Toxic culture - continued changes to the comp plan reducing commission but requiring more of the staff. - zero transparency into the company direction - dictator mentality. Sales Leadership doesn't care about employees' opinions. - because of reduced commissions, we have to work harder for less money - Management is not open to any feedback - Leadership joins every call and out-prices the competition, losing deals. - fewer leads provided, but expecting more output - No real training, all promises and no accountability
