Everybody was really nice and friendly. The CEO really cares about his employees and the culture of the company. Regular social events & sport activities.
Cons
Due to the size of the company, there was no room for further career development. It's a busy agency, sometimes there was not enough support to manage all our clients.

Due to size of company career progression can come up as a con but recently showing opportunities for progression from within.
