- No progression, old timers are here to stay. Huge turnover of newer staff.

Everybody was really nice and friendly. The CEO really cares about his employees and the culture of the company. Regular social events & sport activities.

Due to the size of the company, there was no room for further career development. It's a busy agency, sometimes there was not enough support to manage all our clients.
