Cons
Job duties discussed at interview were not in line with actual job. Too much travel. Support not available for field reps when in front of customer. Expectations higher than training given.

working with babies, good hours for students, work around your schedule, hospital experience, nice environment, nice staff, long training to make sure you are comfortable with what you are doing (at least at my location)
Cons
if you are looking for a lot of hours this is not the job for you. the amount of hours you work is random and relies completely on how many babies are born on that particular day. However, even if there are no babies born you do get a 2 hour time adjustment.

the company is growing (my last company was not), really good people to work with, decent training, some cool new products like nicview, great (GREAT) clinical speciailists & customers like the company overall, promotes from within the company (last company did not)
Cons
the company has some older product issues, district sales managers need more training and I would like to have more clinical specialists
