Pros

None what so ever. Run away

Cons

Downsides are micromanagement, hostile work environment, low pay, and when they decide they don’t need you anymore they will tell you it was your performance! I was hired as a Listing Coordinator, yet was moved into a Marketing Analyst role which included numerous additional responsibilities including building a webpage, debugging their websites, managing the content on the websites, creating automations to improve workflows, and not one pay raise!
