      Love the students and staff on the ground, poor management

      Students Vacation time Coworkers who are on the schedule

      Cons

      Management is absolutely horrendous. They do not value their employees at all. The favoritism is extremely obvious and unless you are liked socially by management you will not excel at this establishment. For a school that practices ABA daily, management only delivers harsh consequences to staff instead of reinforcement to promote a more barrable working environment.

      Decent pay for minimum education requirement, good opportunity for future career in the field

      Cons

      Insurance covers near to nothing, treats low level staff poorly, complete clique atmosphere, management does not care about any employee below the CD level, high risk of bodily harm for very little actual pay unless you are a clinical director
