      Pros

      If you are willing to put in the time it will work for you. I have been at Nabco since 1998 and it has been a great Career for me.

      Cons

      You will have to be dedicated to get out of bed every day to make a living. Work WORKS!!

      Pros

      Great health insurance, other benefits are decent too. opportunity to work on large scale electrical projects. Management is very understanding about people needing time away from work.

      Cons

      Yearly bonus is only $100, no matter who you are or how long you've worked there. Hourly pay isnt very competitive. Too many bosses. Jobs aren't always close to home, sometimes expected to commute back and forth over an hour one way. Promotions and favors seem to be given out based on company politics more than hard work and skill. Company culture seems to promote being a rude snob to the people who work for you.
