-401K - Annual Match is at firm's discretion and is mostly in unvested stock - there was no match in my tenure
-Bonus - ALL in stock with a 3-year vest, and for most people is ONLY vested if you stay for 3 years - even if laid off it is company's option whether or not to vest the stock
-Constant Acquisitions upend contacts in other groups
-Firings - I'd never worked anywhere where so many mid to upper-level people (around the country) with whom I worked were fired for not meeting goals (I'm not talking about layoffs)
- Unrealistic utilization goals (as a department manager I was expected to be 80% billable AND manage my team, department financials, AND develop all my own business for my group)
