Not much to report here, overall positive experience

Poor company culture. Unless you are sucking up to higher management or feeding into the toxic work environment, you will be ostracized for just wanting to do you’re job. I think culture and professionalism start from upper management and work their way down, but I’d say all but two of the directors are unprofessional. There is no upward movement unless you brown nose. It was awful working there, and you’re grossly underpaid to top it all off.
