      Pros

      There's a healthy mix of creative professionals and business professionals, which means you'll learn to work collaboratively and get curious about how others accomplish their work. NPR still has an entrepreneurial bent, even after 50+ years in business. It's a rewarding place to lend and leverage your expertise. Accessible, affordable, and valuable vision and dental benefits.

      Cons

      Leadership remains a barrier to progress. They're often misaligned with each other, slow to make decisions and even slower to pivot. Large investments in the Content division are not a bad thing. However, it often leaves the business and support teams without the correct resources and tools. You will be challenged before you are trusted.
