Pros

Lots of down time at work. Half-Day Fridays. Some great people work here.

Cons

First is the low pay. I have tried to move up, but there is always an excuse. "You need to prove to me you can do it" "There is no budget for an increase" I've had five different managers in five years. Five different people have done my yearly reviews then promptly were let go by management. I proved myself to each one right up to the point where I have no motivation to prove myself anymore since my effort goes unrewarded. There are some good working people here and there are some not so good, but I see how some people have become like me due to the situation. There is no future here for some types of people who expect to get paid what the industry standards are.
