They exist in India. They are a $20 million dollar firm. They have voicemail and they answer their phones once in a while.

Cons

Unlimited positions sent to your email address for positions all over the US that are not even close to your skill set. Its not considered spam because Constant Contact. They present me with positions and 2 - 3 days later that position is filled. That happened not only to me but a few friends of mine. If you call them they answer with a "Hello?"

Pros

Friendly atmosphere, very different to anywhere else I've worked. Lots of opportunities to learn new skills and make the role your own.

Cons

Struggling to find anything I really dislike here, some other reviews mention the company being reactive rather than proactive, I think a lot of organisations are susceptible to this and the company are aware that this is sometimes the perception, therefore they are able to work on it.
