      None that I can think of.

      I hate to give bad reviews, but this is to warn other engineers who may consider a career here. The codebase is a mess as it's been done in a hurry. The managers are rude and disrespectful toward engineers and completely unreasonable in their expectations. They told me blank and clear they expected (unpaid) overtime, to work 11-12 hour per day. The CEO, Ethan Anderson, is one of the rudest and most negative people I've ever met. Without any proper understanding of software engineering, he keeps micromanaging developers, criticizing continuously and having unreasonable expectations.

      None at all!! I'm not exaggerating. Mytime is toxic! Beware of claims that you will have equity! This is one of the manipulating factors Ethan Anderson will use when hiring.

      Cons

      Take the worst job you've ever had and multiply it by 10! The company is being run into the ground by the CEO!!!!! Can you say micro management?

      Work with some awesome people. That is all I really enjoy about the company.

      Cons

      I hate my drive to work every day because I know I have to deal with the stressful environment. We are basically forced to work overtime and they say they wont pay overtime because we are "salary" and commission. Our commission has change since we were hired just another way the company takes advantage of its employees.

      Comp plans change as the product evolves but that’s completely normal for any company. We strive to set reasonable quotas and provide training and transparency in all metrics to help our reps succeed.
