Pros

good cheap canteen, pick your own days

Cons

unrealistic time limits with some picks, asking for a delay takes longer than the delay that you need, very little help after the first bit of training even though new situations were happening each month, managers sometimes cared little in helping, causing you to need massive delays which are very hard to get sometimes

Horrible management

Pros

Some of your colleagues will be amazing people to work with

Cons

The management is terrible, starting from the top, you work for months with bare minimum uniform, training, and they expect you to do everything paying peanuts. Selling out of date products to customer, this company only cares about profit.

Pros

Cheap canteen and a good group of lads.

Cons

Shift work is horrendous. Can't get any form of personal routine in as you're working different days and shift times every week. Have to work extra on weekends for no added pay. Targets in certain areas are mental. This encourages dangerous practices as you have to cut corners to hit targets. Going to the toilet has a negative impact on your targets (unless you go during break). Get a 15 minute break and an unpaid half hour lunch. Work is strenuous, repetitive and minutes can feel like hours. The pay is disgusting for the amount of work you're expected to do. Staff turnover is like nothing I've ever seen before, which tells you all you need to know. No joke, every 2 or 3 days there would be 4 or 5 new people. Some of them don't even last 2 days before they jump ship. Rather than look at the reasons why staff are so eager to leave, management just ship a fresh bunch in every couple of days. This leads to undertrained staff, under Constant pressure driving heavy machinery (a recipe for disaster). If you need a job for a couple of months and don't mind being worked to the bone...Musgraves is for you. If you're looking for a permanent full time job that offers fair pay for the work you do, promotes a good work/life balance, where hard work is recognised and rewarded........run away.
