Pros

The company has had years of solid growth. The technical production side of the company is solid and has wonderful leadership. If your going to join this company this is the division that you want to be in.

Cons

The Creative side of this company has a lot of potential but the leadership if this division is flaky at best. Very indecisive and lacks experience. Although they state that they are very savvy they clearly lack direction and the giving thereof. A lot of undeserved egos. If you become a member of this division of the company and move to Boca make sure you have a clause in your contract for a termination. There is a large percentage of new employees in this division to be fired within 6-9 months for various reasons.

Pros

Can't think of any pros to be honest. Too many family members working together. Employees have no respect for one another or management.

Cons

Too many family members who all seem a bit un-hinged. Employees not friendly. Staging company that thinks it can produce shows. Very unprofessional. Unpleasant experience. Bunch of rednecks.
