Cons
Not really a con, but they are a start up so don't expect a super corporate environment.

Pros
UL gives you the ability to really contribute and bring your ideas and implement them into action. Creativity and passion is welcome and encouraged! Coupled with the wacky-fun of a startup culture; they really stick behind their value of empowering their people. With a successful product - Movere, everyone is excited for the future here. Great time to be an employee at UL!
Cons
If you are used to a big corporate infrastructure UL probably isn't the place for you. Self motivation and creativity is the norm here. If you like to swim instead of sink then it would work for you. Definitely a startup culture but I would say on the mature end.
