The owner truly wants people to succeed and grow here.
Cons
This isn’t a place for people who need constant direction. You have to be self motivated and organized to thrive. There are detailed internal policies and plenty of support from management, but a strong work ethic is key. The pace of innovation and ongoing improvements can feel fast or overwhelming at times, but it’s all part of the mission to keep evolving and improving.

Flexible work schedule/work life balance Coworkers are very positive and always willing to help Room for growth if you put in the work. This job requires a lot of tasks, responsibilities, and communication. As long as you take the time to complete all, the job is a breeze. Work hard and get positive results.
Cons
Growing company that is changing all the time, while it’s not really a con because change can be good. Some people just can’t adapt to change happening so quickly
