      Pros

      You can feel being cared for at the company and there’s plenty of programs to include you in. I really like the Work-life balance and the home working policies. The company culture is very nice and welcoming, you feel right at home. You find yourself surrounded by experts, which helps career development a lot.

      Cons

      None - a great place to work.

      Great company starting out

      Pros

      Motomtech has been a great company starting out. Because Motomtech is a new company, it allows the management team to easily help everyone get acquainted with the overall job feel. My fellow team members have been wonderful helping me get set up in my developer area. Motomtech also takes employees on monthly activities and quarterly retreats.

      Cons

      Sometimes we have late meetings with clients, but that’s because of the time differences anyways.
