      What can I say?? I dont find anything good to write about the company

      Dirty Politics Bad HR policies cannot believe it was set up by an IITian unprofessional HR No projects but they talk about growth and acquisitions Two bad acquisitions and they talk like as if they acquired Microsoft and google Bad reputation in the Bangalore Market Engineers were requested to write good reviews about the company on glassdoor so that the rating looks good, but apart from an empty office with no lights there is no human activity in their bangalore campus

      - Relaxed work culture during my time - Got to learn a lot and great colleagues

      Cons

      - Not so great managers - Some bad decisions affected lot of employees - Employee benefits are less and differ a lot across levels. - Company trying to stay afloat now - I would not recommend to anyone unless they aren't serious about their career.

      Will learn technical things .

      Cons

      They trap employees in bond amount which is so high. So employees can't get out of company before period. And salary is too low, so employees can't stay in the company. So all in all, it's worst company.
