Culture is very negative and not what is presented at time of hire. There is no real opportunity for advancement within the company. Employee input is irrelevant, not valued by Senior Management and viewed as a roadblock. Salaries are well below market value. The workload is extreme. Employees are working in an environment where they do not feel appreciated and respect for others is lacking. Conflict resolution is less than desirable and there is no safe haven for employees to go to with concerns. Bonus structure is not concrete. There is a lack of integrity throughout Senior Management. They say they have metrics to determine eligibility but the decision is made based on if you are someone that is a "friend" of the CFO or owner not based on performance. Final note - customers are not valued.

Egotistical leadership that cares little for employees or their opinions. There is very a lack of control over non-business like emotions and is very unprofessional in most functions I have witnessed. Swear words in meetings is constant and very belittling to anyone in the room. The leadership promotes unqualified people into positions they have NO experience in, and therefore everyone else around them suffers for it. These promotions are influenced by who leadership is "friends" with, NOT by who is a professional qualified individual. Questionable moral and ethical business practices.
