Pros

There don't seem to be many now

Cons

Almost everything, this organization is bait and hook. The classes are too big, you don't get any support or money/time for professional development (although the people at the top can take their professional development on IU paid trips to Africa and Europe). Multiple staff have gone on disability this year due to being hurt by the students (concussions, broken bones) and yet we lost most of our behavior staff and they were not replaced.

Pros

Working with the school calendar

Cons

If you are your supervisor’s favorite then you pick your own assignments and schools. Everyone else has to pick up the slack, including having unmanageable caseloads, driving hours per day, and having your placement change at any moment without your input or concern for your students.
