No trust in their employees, constantly monitored by the area manager on a daily if not hourly basis. No flexibility within the role in relation to hours, targets, call file. You have targets and kpis on just about everything and they are high. If you are off your monthly targets are not amended to reflect this which results in the team having to help members and pick up their calls to achieve the team targets
