Pros

They have not, so far as I am aware, actually physically abused any employee

Cons

Was not paid the minimum wage. The argument about 'self-employment' was a legal nonsense, took the company to an employment tribunal, which decided the case in my favour. It didn't pay and probably does not have enough to pay anyone who works for it.

Pros

People progress within the company based on their skill level and ability to take on more responsibilities. The company provides a lot of one on one coaching for people who want to learn or improve their skills. There is a lot of career advice and business management openings.

Cons

Progression means hard work, determination and being competitive.
