      Plenty of work Opportunity for overtime at time-and-a-half Very flexible for days asked off If you stay on their good side they will treat you very well Friendly office staff Could be a good opportunity for people without degrees

      Poor work/life balance Little to no opportunity for advancement Very poor schedule communication Under-paid drive-time Denial to work overtime results in hours being cut No direct deposit Some leads are poor planners as well as communicators

      Family atmosphere, makes sure employees are taken care of especially the field when jobs push and there is no work. Fun environment.
