      Really struggle to find any

      Cons

      Sales leadership forever changes their mind. Your commission structure will change every two weeks. They make big claims, but can't follow through on them. You won’t learn how to manage/drive a sales process here, rather you will pick up bad habits from “leadership”, who are not up to date with today's sales methodologies.

      The technology is really transformational and there are opportunities to work with leading software companies and vendors. Amazing and thoughtful co-workers.

      Cons

      The work environment is rough with long days, constantly changing directions and communication, and a punitive culture fostered by the co-founders.

      Pros

      I really can't think of any benefits in this company. The only upside is that the technology is quite interesting.

      Cons

      Do not join this company at all costs, as they are extremely stingy. The company culture reflects this, and they have no hesitation in kicking people out. The founders, who are a couple, make decisions in an inexplicable manner, and turnover is very high. Most people leaving there are essentially fired in a short time, even if their colleagues acknowledge their work.
