-Humble yet visionary leadership team -Amazing and passionate coworkers -Rapidly growing customer base and team -Competitive compensation -Strong 100% remote culture -Ability to make an impact and the greenspace to do your best work is second to none
Cons
-Fast paced and requires a highlevel of autonomy, may not be for everybody -Benefits could be improved, but are in line with the stage we are at.

- Team moved incredibly fast. From initial conversation to getting an offer was about 2 weeks and a huge part of that was just my own availability. They help run fast interview processes as a product, and this was definitely true in my experience. - Everyone I talked to was friendly, smart, and humble
