Overall, this company is an example of how poor leadership and misguided priorities can create a dysfunctional and demoralizing workplace. If you're considering joining this organization, think twice and be prepared to navigate an environment where employee concerns are ignored, and leadership is more about image than substance. Be careful about the ''freedom'' they offer, they have no structure and boundaries and they will expect you to put the company on top of your personal life.

This place is the closest thing to a cult. At one point, they told me they were with Modash 24/7 and that I should do the same. The so-called leaders don’t actually lead and never have; they just hold the title with no real management skills. A toxic environment disguised as an innovative culture.
