      As much as we always welcome feedback, we are not sure where these allegations are coming from. We are not an MLM. MLMs do not work with pre-existing major companies such as our clients. They usually make you buy into their program, which comes with a certain level of risk. None of this applies to us. If you did research on our company or joined us for an interview you would know that we offer base pay and that all our team members are employees, not contractors as they would be in an MLM. We offer amazing opportunities for our employees to develop into management positions and assist our clients in their growth. We would appreciate you taking down this review as this can be very damaging to a business of our size.       Best place to work! Growth, Support, and Professionalism

      Pros

      Working for Mod Exposure was the greatest experience in my professional career. Everyone in the company truly cares about your growth (both personally and professionally) and the constant support from the team truly helped build confidence in myself as a young woman in business. It is a small business which I love because it has that family-feel to it that is very rare to find in corporate America. Because of Natalie and the team, I was able to open up my own business and become successful from all the lessons I learned at Mod Exposure. Anyone that leaves the business and talks negatively about it truly didn't understand the amazing opportunity that was right in front of them.

      Cons

      The only con I'd have is working weekends at the start of working but that decreases over time.

      Underpaid and Exhausted

      Commission-based if you like that.

      Cons

      Commission was split among several people. Base pay was extremely low and it was difficult to make high commissions due to the way they were split. The managers wanted you to spend every waking moment worrying about the job. The pay was significantly lower than advertised. You had to work weekends every week. No benefits. VERY MLM-LIKE. They have you "rank up" to grow within the company which btw is a smaller division of a larger company.

We have recently adjusted our compensation structure in the last 6 months, so our reps are now making $700-1000/week working with our new clients. Weekends are an important time for our clients as that is when retailers experience the most visitors and creates the biggest exposure for our clients. We compensate this by providing other days off throughout the week. We would like to clarify that we are not an MLM. They are illegal in the United States and usually require a monetary investment to join; this is something that we have never, and will never, ask of any of our employees.
