Pros

The management team are exceptionally talented individuals when it comes to lying and swindling and displaying a level of incompetence at the job that would make Homer Simpson blush...

Cons

It is impossible to convey just how untrustworthy the Mobinets management team are. The latest fiasco being that I was promised a resolution to the vast amount of salary I am owed if I agreed to remove my honest review here. I did as I was asked, because I have integrity, but as such I have still not received ANY of the money I am unquestionably due. The lies that they tell to current and previous employees do not stop there. They are even more dishonest and dishonourable when it comes to customers. Look at their illegal activities and bribery in SafariCom. The tool is an aspirational platform which has never been fully deployed with all promised functionalities. This is why they have been kicked out of so many companies.

Pros

Team I worked with were friendly. All have been treated equally disgracefully by the CEO.

Cons

Completely dishonest management. Lie to customers (solution doesn't work. Example is Vodafone UK.) LIE to employees. Salaries never paid. Promises they will be, but never do. I am owed three months salary. Ask yourself, if they treat their employees like this, how do you think they will treat possible customers? Not to be trusted!!!

Pros

I've met several good guys and created many friends who are not related to the Shalak Family (CEO Family) which controls the company.

Cons

Very bad environment controlled by a dictator called Labib Shalak (CEO). He thought he knows everything and everybody else knows nothnig. He treated the employees as slaves taking advantage of the situation in north Lebanon and the lack of opportunities. Employees are forced to work late during night, weekend, holidays. Salaries are always late. You may not get the salary your were promised before joining the company. Employees are forced to pay there hotel & expenses during travel missions. No Cash money is provided and you may be reimbursed in 3 or 4 months or even more. If you decide to leave the company forget about your money (expenses, late salaries, promised bonus, unpaid vacation...). You have simply to divorce your social/family life before you join the company. The CEO is the only decision maker in this company. Even senior and management level employees are badly treated and several times humiliated and accused for wrong decisions taken by himself. This guy is danger and has connections. He used it once to arrest one of the x-employees. He is a big liar. He cheated the customers and promised them what he cannot deliver until he signed the PO then he never finish the project. For several years NON of the project was closed. Presently the company is in a very bad situation after they lost several projects. There is one rumor from inside that they will cut 30% of the company. Another rumor that they will go announce bankruptcy soon.
