      - Company improved since last 6 month and is working to improve itself every day - Ability to grow - Company is listening to their employers - New technologies are used in development(ability to choose preferred one) - Process of development improved

      Cons

      - no pension program yet(might change) - no lunches(but pizza with bier on fridays)

If a company wants to work with the latest technologies that is one thing, but we need colleagues like you to teach us and can actually work with new technologies. So, thank you. The pension program is something for the near future. But let's be honest; Pizza and beer is much more fun than a pension program!

      * Employee ideas are elevated and made reality * Team of professionals * Fun atmosphere * Leadership proves to be experienced * Smooth communication between engineers and management

      * Some empty positions (roles) need to be filled to help the development process

HR and management are working hard to hire the right people. The difficulty is that we do not only look for colleagues with great technical skills, but for colleagues with great technical skills AND with the same "go-and-get-it-done"mentality you have.       Pros

      • Company is grow nice in 2017 with 2018 it looks very good • Big improving made by management - the result boost the employee satisfaction! • Company give support for sports and culture (Triathlon, Marathon, group sport) - very cool! • Market is much better! - before market is not so mature and now offer a huge potential and to room for grow • Very good partnerships • Very good colleagues

      Cons

      ○ Take long time to get to office in transportation ○ Salary ok plus but not the best of the market
