      Fraudulent, racist, and unbelievably unethical practices

      Pros

      There are no pros when asked to break the law or lose your job.

      Cons

      This company is corrupt from the top down. They will manipulate contracts, ask their employees to perform racist practices, and provide such a terrible service that they've had to refund their clients. Do yourself a favor and do no harm your own reputation by associating with MIW.

      Pros

      No pros that I can think of. People are friendly and just make false promises. Management and HR is really bad

      Cons

      Benefits are horrible. Health insurance is too expensive. Very less PTO offered. No bonuses or increments. Lot of false promises made

      Pros

      Nothing positive to say about this company. A breading pool for prejudice and discrimination. Public shamming, making personal attacks and making fun of people to their face or to others outside of the room was common place and accepted. There are a few good people there but there are also many that do not understand the concept of professionalism and respect.

      Cons

      People are let go without any normalized formal process which enables managers to pick favorites and fire people who ask difficult questions.
