      Was great until the management messed it up

      Pros

      The company has a very international and multicultural team from 20+ different countries. It's always interesting to discuss with colleagues and everyone gets along well.

      Cons

      Management is the worst. Doesn't listen and respect employees, intimidates them instead. Employees therefore feel a lack of motivation

      Pros

      Amazing team, interesting challenges, if you want responsibilities and to progress quickly in your career, this company is for you.

      Cons

      The negatives points i can see is that you have to deal with lots of pressure on a daily basis, but at the end it pushs you to work harder and challenge your own abilities. Also after some point, your work tasks start to be redundant and repetitive so don't hesitate to ask for some new challenges within the company.

      Pros

      This is by far the best company and team I have ever had the opportunity to work for. The company is a French company and has a great company culture that supports family values and works together to get things done. MobPartner offers huge opportunities for growth within the company and loves to promote from within. The management and executive team are amazing mentors and highly involved with the company and actively participate on a daily basis with the team. The company takes great care of their employees and knows that happy employees mean everything.
