4x10 work schedule. There were a lot of very nice people who worked for the company.
Cons
Very Little Job Advancement. No bonuses. Standard 3% pearly raise. Lots of nepotism. Lacked diversity.

The compensation is very good. It is satisfying to be helping to clean up the US Department of Energy's Hanford Nuclear Reservation. The information technology talent at the company is excellent. Management is very helpful with guiding and facilitating the growth of our information system's technology and workscope. Since Hanford Cleanup is a high priority issue in the US, the outlook for work stability and longevity is good. Safety on the job is an extremely high priority, so it is a safe place to work.
Cons
As a federal government contractor, we are susceptible to the government's budgetary issues.

MSA seems committed to the safety of their workers. Nice opportunities for employees to take part in community involvement. Decent pay and benefits.
Cons
Not much room for movement within the organization/department I worked for. Management was always trying to get the other members of management to do their dirty work. Untrustworthy. Difficult situations which needed to be dealt with were instead passed around the management team and never actually handled. I saw operational and procedural issues that were pushed off for years with no real action towards fixing the issues.
