Anonymous Interview Candidate in Richland, WA
I applied online. I interviewed at Mission Support Alliance (Richland, WA) in Apr 2019
1 Interview with a Human Resource employee and employees of the department. (Panel Setting) The interview was very much designed to help the panel choose the proper employee to join their team. I was very impressed with how thought out and precise the questions were.
- What is something that we have not asked you yet but you would like us to know?

Anonymous Employee in Richland, WA
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Mission Support Alliance (Richland, WA) in Mar 2016
The interview was very casual, they mostly explained the work that I would do. I met with 2 managers, we went over my resume and just talked about the company.
- How has your education prepared you for an internship?

Anonymous Interview Candidate in West Richland, WA
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Mission Support Alliance (West Richland, WA) in Aug 2015
The process took about 3 weeks. I interviews with the HRM, her assistant, and someone from her team. They kept their word on when they'd be getting back to me. The HRM personally called me and explained her decision. Overall great experience, they seem like great people to work for; good company that truly makes a difference for the world, but unfortunately they went with someone internal.
- Why should we hire you? Tell us why you left your previous job? Tell us about an experience you had and what you learned from it?

Anonymous Employee in Richland, WA
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Mission Support Alliance (Richland, WA) in Jun 2013
It was a two stage process where the employee firm searched me out and asked if i was interested in an interview. During the Interview i was asked of my experience in school and what programs i have used and how could i use those skills to develop a 3D Scene that would help the engineers?
- Have you created a 3D environment?
